The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed concerning the superior variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This website is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office focused on service the area on a daily basis. The assistance stage status sassa established for intervention encounters a high influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it tricky to the office to attend to all website people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to help the servicing of all clients and boost access to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
